What is a Study Song?
Turn ideas from your notes into lyrics, create a song with vocals and music, then practise recalling what it teaches.
1. Make the lyrics
Choose concepts from your notes and a style, such as pop, rap or R&B. Your AI allowance covers writing the lyrics.
2. Create the recording
Use one song credit for a new recording of up to 90 seconds. Pro and Exam Pass include credits; extra packs are optional.
3. Listen and remember
Replay the saved song without spending another credit. Practise with the lyrics’ fill-in-the-blank exercises to check what you remember.

8 songs for $4.99 or 20 songs for $9.99. Packs are one-time purchases for an active Pro subscription or Exam Pass. They do not renew automatically.
A new recording, including another version of the same lyrics, uses a new credit. Creating audio also needs available AI allowance. Existing recordings remain available to play after your paid plan ends.

How does the AI allowance work?
A study set contains a revision sheet and practice questions with answers and explanations. Your AI allowance is shared between creating study sets, scanning photos and writing study lyrics. Longer notes use more, so a unit is not a fixed number of questions or courses.
- Free: 50 units for the 15-day trial, with up to 3 new study sets. Trial creation is subject to available capacity.
- Pro: 300 units over any 30 days. Each monthly payment includes 300 units; each yearly payment includes 3,600.
- Exam Pass: 600 units per Pass, and over any 30 days.
Recent usage counts towards your allowance until it becomes 30 days old. A new payment does not reset recent usage. Pro and Pass also have a daily limit of 300 units, resetting at midnight UTC.
New creations pause when you reach a limit. Your saved notes, questions and personal flashcards stay available. There are no automatic extra charges. You can check what is available in your notebook before creating more.
Within these allowances, paid plans allow up to 30 new study sets and 10 sets of lyrics per day. Free can try up to 3 sets of lyrics during the trial.
How do song credits work?
Pro includes 2 credits with each monthly payment, or 24 when you pay yearly. Each Exam Pass includes 3. Unused song credits stay in your account; making a new recording requires an active paid plan.
One song credit creates one recording of up to 90 seconds. You also need enough AI allowance to start. If a recording cannot be completed, your song credit is returned; some AI allowance may still be used.
A recording needs 30 available AI units to start. Those units are returned when the song is ready. Up to 5 audio attempts are allowed per UTC day, including unsuccessful attempts. Replaying a saved recording uses no credits.
What stays free after the trial?
Keep your saved notes, revision sheets and questions. Make your own flashcards, practise typing and care for your pets. Free study limits still apply. Creating more material with AI needs an active allowance. Paying never buys Sparks or pet growth.
What can I download?
Print a saved revision sheet or save it as a PDF using your browser. Download Homework photos individually or combine them into a PDF, and export your learning history. You can also save flashcard decks on this device for offline review. These exports do not create new AI content or spend AI units.
Which tools work without AI or a recording credit?
Personal flashcards, saved-card reviews, typing, photo cropping and PDF exports do not use AI units. Reader and audio quizzes use your device’s speech voices; these are spoken previews, with availability depending on your browser and device. Recording a Study Song with vocals and music is a separate credit-based feature.
Offline access applies to flashcard decks you have saved on that device. Photo-to-text uses AI and, on Free, stops when the trial’s study-generation limit, units or time runs out. Child tutoring is an invitation-only pilot with parental authorization; buying a plan does not grant access to it.
